Photography rules
- You must own the photo or have explicit permission to use it. Don't lift photos from another seller's listing or from a brand's website.
- Photos must show the actual item being sold, not a stock image or a “similar” item.
- The first photo should be a clear shot of the front. Show fabric close-ups, any wear, and back/sides in additional photos.
- No filters that alter the item's color significantly.
- No watermarks, contact info, or off-platform promotions.
Reseller-specific rules
If you signed up as a Reseller, you also agree to:
- Clearly disclose if items were obtained from sample sales, store returns, customer returns, or wholesale lots.
- Not represent yourself as a healthcare worker or claim items came “from your closet” unless they actually did.
- Inspect, launder if needed, and accurately grade condition before listing.
- Provide proof of purchase or sourcing if Fitzzy requests verification of an item's legitimacy.
Buyer behavior
Buyers must:
- Pay for items they win or commit to purchase.
- Provide accurate shipping addresses.
- Not use the dispute system to obtain refunds dishonestly.
- Treat sellers respectfully in all communications.
Communication & community standards
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination.
- No spam, off-platform solicitation, or attempts to take transactions outside Fitzzy.
- No sharing personal contact info (phone, address, social handles) until after a sale is confirmed.
- No fake reviews, yours or anyone else's.
How we enforce
If we believe a listing or account violates this policy, we may (without prior notice when warranted):
- Hide or remove the listing
- Issue a warning
- Suspend or terminate the account
- Withhold payouts pending investigation
- Refund affected buyers
- Report serious violations to law enforcement or industry regulators
Reporting violations
See a listing or message that breaks these rules? Use the “Report” button on any listing or profile, or email trust@fitzzy.com. We review every report.
